<image:caption>pronouns (they/them) Finding a therapist that is right for you can be a challenge, especially for queer, transgender, and non-binary folks. My goal as a therapist is to create space for folks to process, connect, and work through anything from everyday stress to major life events and trauma. I support folks in moving from a thinking forward, problem solving approach to reflecting on process, emotional experience and patterns in their lives. I have been working with folks across the gender, sexuality, and age spectrum in direct clinical practice and providing community support, educational trainings and queer programming for over 10 years combined. My clinical approach is informed by gender theory, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, and my experience as a white queer and trans person. It is grounded in a client centered, trauma informed practice. I provide relational, psychodynamic therapy combined with elements of behavioral interventions, IFS, and somatic work. I have completed level 1 training to provide EMDR therapy. I am a therapist for therapists, over achievers, intellectualizers, and folks who want to practice moving from thinking through to feeling through their experiences. I want to work with you to harness your most authentic and connected self. I also offer supervision to LMSW and LCSW providers at various stages in their careers.</image:caption>

Supervision with me looks like a space to process your own feelings, discuss approaches to the work, holding space for the weight of being a therapist, and having someone in your corner who is not afraid to give you feedback. My goal as a clinical supervisor is to help you find and hone your therapeutic voice and approach. I especially delight in supporting other queer and trans therapists.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Juliette Lynch, LCSW - About Juliette</image:title>
<image:caption>Pronouns (she/they) Everyone deserves a soft place to land, a space to gather, to explore themselves deeply, and to heal. As a therapist this is what I hope to provide to each of my clients. I believe everyone is doing their best with the tools they have and that with nonjudgmental support and guidance, we all can reconnect and flourish within ourselves and our relationships. Together, we will develop a healing relationship where you can feel safe even when vulnerable, comforted in your struggles, and encouraged as you are guided toward the resources you need to feel more secure in the world. I engage in my practice with an eclectic blend of theoretical approaches including relational and psychoanalytic techniques within an anti-racist, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens. I find particular joy in supporting individuals of larger size and of queer and/or trans experience in gaining bodily liberation through somatic healing and empowerment. I believe love is more than just a feeling, but a practice, and encourage my clients to engage in the therapeutic process with love, tenderness, and self-compassion as I believe this is where true liberation and healing is most possible. If these words resonate with you, I would be honored to support you in your own therapeutic journey. With financial equity in mind, I offer sliding scale rates per session. Rates will be discussed in our initial consultation. To work with Juliette, please reach out via one of the methods below. email: therapywithjuliette@gmail.com phone: 914-418-4599</image:caption>

      <image:title>Lele Abay, LCSW - About Lele</image:title>
<image:caption>Pronouns (they/them) Are you ready to transform your relationships? In our work, we can cultivate deeper intimacy and connection with yourself and your partner(s). I practice with an eclectic blend of theories, borrowing both from Evidence-Based Practices such as relational, psychoanalysis, somatic work, and behavioral therapies, as well as from my lived experience as a polyamorous person, which guides and contextualizes how I engage in the therapy room. Love is my most used intervention, and I strive to bring a warm and gentle energy into the therapeutic relationship to facilitate a space where trust and safety can be built, together. As a mixed race, white presenting, transgender non-binary person, my clinical approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist framework. I am committed to using a compassionate, person-centered approach with my clients, encouraging curiosity and self-exploration to create the best plan for our work together. Clients who would most benefit from my practice are couples, polycules, and other relational shapes/groupings, who are interested in exploring intimacy, kink, gender/sexuality, and improving their conflict resolution/management. I see relationships as collaborative healing projects and look forward to meeting you there. It is a privilege to co-create healing spaces and I encourage you to reach out for a free, 15-minute consultation call, to see if we would be a good fit. With financial equity in mind, I offer sliding scale rates per session. Rates will be discussed in our initial consultation. <image:title>LJ Jensen, LMSW - About LJ</image:title>
<image:caption>Pronouns (they/them) As a queer, trans therapist, I see healing as an act of liberation. It is liberating to show up for our most authentic selves, and to have our pain, joy, passions, identities, and relationships nonjudgmentally witnessed. My role is to co-create a space where you feel safe enough to learn, unlearn, challenge, and be challenged while developing a sustainable, gentle curiosity about yourself. I believe that trust, love, and authenticity can be our best guides towards healing and liberation. With this in mind, I use a lens of liberatory harm reduction, which means you decide your journey, and I am here to walk alongside you in the spirit of collaboration and community. I also strive to practice from an anti-carceral, anti-racist, non-pathologizing perspective, which means that you define your experiences for yourself, outside the pressures placed on us by historically oppressive mental health systems. My practice is informed by psychodynamic therapy, IFS, and EMDR, as well as my identities as a white, queer, trans, neurodivergent person. I often work with performers, artists, writers, musicians–and anyone with creative pursuits and hobbies. I have a passion for working with folks whose experiences exist at the intersections of queerness, transness, neurodivergence, and eating disorders/disordered eating, supporting you in finding a greater sense of embodiment and bodymind liberation. I’d be honored to be part of your healing journey. Please reach out to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call to see if you may want to work together. With financial equity in mind, I offer sliding scale rates per session. Rates will be discussed in our initial consultation. I am currently supervised by and working under the license of Genna Ayres, LCSW To work with LJ, please reach out via email. email: therapywithlj@gmail.com</image:caption>
